Behavioral Analysis

As the name says, behavioral analysis is the process of analyzing someone’s behavior. In the context of cybersecurity, behavioral analysis is used to determine what the normal behavior of everyday users looks like in order to detect suspicious activities as a result of malicious attacks. Actions caused by a cyberattack are usually behave differently than normal everyday users within a network. However, the tactics, techniques and procedures of attacks develop more and more, so that the attackers can act more mostly undetected. Using machine learning, artificial intelligence, big data and analytics, behavioral analysis can determine normal user behavior precisely to detect suspicious activities relatively accurately.
