CEE (Common Event Enabler)

The Dell CEE (Common Event Enabler) provides an interface for CEPA (Common Event Publishing Agent). With CEPA it is possible to register DELL components to send event notifications and their associated context in one message. Context also may include file or directory metadata. With that solution different needs like anti-ransomware, auditing, backup, and quotas can be implemented by leveraging third-party tools, like CryptoSpike, for instance.
